Product Information: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in color or detail may occur. Product availability is subject to change. Custom-made items (e.g., Custom Sail Loft products) are produced to your specifications and are subject to separate policies as outlined in our Returns section.

Service Area: We ship globally to fuel adventures worldwide, with exclusions for some remote regions and parts of Asia as determined by our logistics partners.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. Your card issuer or PayPal may apply additional terms; please review them separately.

4.3 Order Processing and Shipping

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Title and Risk: Title to the products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your specified shipping address.
• Import Duties & Taxes: You are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our commitment to your satisfaction is detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• Process: You must contact us for an RMA number before returning any item.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety and compliance, the following cannot be returned unless defective: Custom Sail Loft products, specific Hobie Sails & Accessories (marked final sale), opened safety gear (PFDs), and clearance/final sale items.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall “look and feel,” is the property of River Sports Store, its licensors, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The trademarks “Hobie®” and associated logos are registered trademarks of Hobie Cat Company and are used under license. You may not use any River Sports Store or Hobie® trademarks, logos, or service marks without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the site or its contents.
