We make checkout as smooth as a calm lake at dawn. We accept all major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your peace of mind.
Do you ship internationally? Are there any restrictions?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide to unite water sports enthusiasts across the globe. However, due to extreme logistical constraints, we are currently unable to ship to a few specific remote regions and areas within Asia. The checkout process will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and how long will delivery take?
We offer two clear shipping methods to balance speed, cost, and convenience. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
  • FAST Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD flat rate): Carrier is DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for pedal drives, fishing accessories, paddles, and gear needed for an upcoming trip.
  • ECONOMICAL Free Shipping (Free on orders over $50 USD): Carrier is EMS (Economy Mail Service). Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for complete kayak systems, custom sails, bulkier items, and non-urgent upgrades.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx) come with full tracking details. For orders shipped via Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may be limited. You will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.
My adventure can’t wait! Which shipping should I choose?
For time-sensitive needs, we strongly recommend our FAST Standard Shipping option. It provides more detailed tracking and faster, more reliable transit through our partners DHL and FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges
